Wildfire Spreads In Los Angeles




The wildfire called Thomas fire described is as the largest of several wind-driven wildfires which had spread rapidly to 400 square kilometers on Thursday blazing on north of Los Angeles which forced the authorities to order for evacuations.

According to the state fire agency Calfire, The fire is centered more on the Ventura countries and has destroyed more than 150 structures, threatening to destroy more.

The wind gust has been fierce this week, hitting up to 80 to 110 kilometers per hour and has been forecast to continue to weekend, by the National Weather service.

Fire fighters are making all efforts to protect lives and properties and also control the spreading of the fire.

This week’s condition has been described as this year’s strongest and longest in seasonal Santa Ana wind.

Over 100,000 people have been evacuated.


 The fire started on December 4, 2017 from north of Santa Paula, near Steckel Park and Thomas Aquinas College.
