Despite lossing 4-2 to Brazil in their opening game during the ongoing FIFA U-20 World Cup in New Zealand, Officials of Nigeria Football Federation, NFF are insisting that Flying will win remaining group matches to advance to the next stage.

Manu Garba tutored Junior team lost their first group game to their opponents at the early hours of yesterday, but the federation are of the opinion that all hope is not lost.

Chairman of NFF technical committee, Felix Anyansi-Agwu, who spoke to in Abuja expressed satisfaction in the performance of the lads. He however enjoined Nigerians to always support and pray for them to succeed.

According to him, "Nigerians should not lose hope, I believe hundred percent that the team will bounce back. It’s too early to put pressure on them, it is a psychological thing that they loss the game which I believe they did well at the beginning.

"Having watched other ones, you can see the standard of that game was very hard, and I think both teams could equally meet at the final," he concluded.
