TRAGEDY: Man dies after his friend hit him with deadly magic ring during argument

Lateef Ahmed, is currently telling the police in Osun State the mystery behind the alleged killing of his friend after he (Ahmed) reportedly hitting him with a ”magic ring” following a dispute, which ensued during a football match.

Vanguard is reporting that the incident happened at St Mary’s Grammar School football field in Iwo community of the state adding that the deceased identified as Shuaib Isola collapsed after being hit with the deadly ring.

Isola was confirmed dead at the General Hospital in Iwo where he was rushed to as all attempts to revive him proved abortive. It was further learnt that his parents declined autopsy test as they insisted on taking the body for burial.

The report, which quotes Yemisi Opalola, spokesman of the Osun State Police Command as  confirming the incident, also disclosed that the parents of the deceased did not allow an autopsy to be carried out on the body before it was evacuated to the family house for burial.

She added that the command would investigate the matter and bring the suspect to justice.
