In what appears one of the most daring dimension to the kidnapping epidemic, currently ravaging Nigeria, the perpetrators went beyond the imaginable, this time abducting a judge of the Federal High Court, Akure, Justice Abdul Dogo.

Reports, say they have even put a price tag of N50million on what must to them be a big catch in their dastardly operations, to let go Dogo, said to have been abducted on Tuesday while returning to Akure from Abuja.

It is not known whether the abductors were aware initially of the identity of their victim, who was said not to be with his usual police orderly, when the incident happened.

However, reports say, that the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) has deployed the head of the IGP Intelligence Response Team (IGP-IRT), Abba Kiyari, to Akure over the incident.
