It appears the gloves are finally off for Biodun Fatoyinbo, the Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), as he fired back at Busola Dakolo, who accused him of raping her at the age of 16, 20 years ago with these words – “stop telling lies ”up and dan.”

Reacting to the court paper the celebrity photographer and wife of popular musician, Timi Dakolo filed at the Federal High Court Abuja demanding a personal apology and payment of N10 million legal fees for the case, the pastor said this would be the last time he would be speaking directly to his accuser on the matter, expressing his willingness to defend himself in court.

Using his Instagram page, Fatoyinbo, wrote: “We have heard of the latest report. We have not received any court papers, and when we do, we will respond accordingly because we have utmost respect for the law.”

He went further: “I normally would not respond to news. But I will do so ONLY THIS TIME. Allow me to respond in pidgin English. “Stop lying up an dan.”
