Any sex that lasts for 30 minutes is not only unhealthy, but means that those involved are sick, controversial Ghanaian preacher, Bishop Daniel Obinim, has said, in what is sure to raise a fresh dust and strike at fresh nerves.

The pastor, who has become popular for his teachings on sex, some seen as outlandish by the public, also spoke about spouses, monitoring themselves, especially women following their husbands around.

He said he could not fathom why wives and husbands will be monitoring each other just because they might have sex with someone else, saying it was a not only a waste of time but foolishness to engage in such exercise.

Hear him: “How many hours does sex last? how many minutes does sex last? So those who follow their husbands and wives when they go out, I see it that you are fooling yourself. Sex doesn’t last long and can even sit in a car and do it within seconds. Sex can last for only 10 minutes.”

During the sermon at the Accra branch of his church, he opined that any man or woman who doesn’t come after 10 to 15 minutes during sexual intercourse is sick.

According to him, sex should not exceed 15 minutes and that it has been scientifically proven that it lasts for three minutes and in some cases five minutes.

“Sex which last for 15,20,30 minutes means you are sick. The person is sick if he doesn’t come after 15,20,30 minutes” he stressed.
