Somewhere somehow, there will always be someone that will play the Good Samaritan, whenever God wants to perform His miracle and save a situation, when mortal beings have given up hope and declare that all is finished.

That is exactly the situation with the case of veteran actor, Victor Olaotan, who a few days ago, was begging for financial help to travel abroad to seek medical treatment, as his prayers has got a rather instant answer.

It came from billionaire businessman and oil mogul, Femi Otedola, who has not only decided to pick up the medical expenses of $50,000 (N18million), but all other financial issues that may arise, in the case of the lead actor in the sizzling soap opera, Tinsel.

The veteran actor’s plight, which was brought to the public domain, by Gofunddme, a page created by Emmanuel Ajibade, on Sunday, December 2, sparking instant interest by Nigerians and got another veteran actor, Richard Mofe Damijo, cracking.

The A-list Nollywood actor and former Commissioner in Delta State, string-pulling eventually paid of when he contacted got Otedola, who told him that he was not only interested in helping out, but, was already in touch with the family of the ailing actor to work out the details.

A palpably elated Mofe Damijo, of course, wasted no time in informing the public of the stroke of luck, first, praising God for working his miracle once again, Otedola for once again distinguishing himself as a humanist and Ajibade, for starting his campaign.

He wrote: “So, a few days ago, I reached out to (@femiotedola asking for help for my friend and brother Victor and just this morning, Femi calls to tell me that he would take care of ALL of Victor’s bills.

“He told me that he is already on it and that his people are already talking with Victor’s wife. Is God not awesome????? can’t even contain my joy and gratitude Thank you Femi @femiotedola you are a man and a half and thank you to my young friend @gbenroajibade for championing this cause, they really don’t make them like you anymore, you are such an amazing “child” and I am proud to know you Thank you to everyone who has supported in one way or the other. It’s been a long time coming.”
