It was a gory sight of beheading and shooting in the new video of summary execution of three of its members by the dreaded Boko Haram terrorists, for allegedly spying for the Nigerian military.

In the video, one of the accused was beheaded while the two other were shot with AK-47 rifles after a brief interrogation in Hausa Language, where they were made to answer questions on who sent them and their mission.

After identifying themselves and claiming that they were sent by the Directorate of Military Intelligence (DMI), to infiltrate the Boko Haram ranks, the three were led to a bush close by, where the execution took place, in a hail of bullets.

The background of the video featured a lot foreign elements including images of US President, Donald Trump, his predecessor and Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, who the group particularly taunted as an infidel and directed their message at.

“Oh! You, Buhari, you should know that these boys are your servants working for you whom you sent but Allah has exposed them,” the insurgents said while accusing the president of being an “infidel.”

Displaying some sophisticated military weapons including anti-aircraft missiles, the group also bragged that it remains firmly within a territory in Nigeria that the Nigerian army could not recapture.

The video, also showed Abubakar Shekau, whose faction of the dreaded group, obviously carried out the execution assuring that he was alive and well, apparently trying to debunk the contention that he had been killed.

“We are safe. We have not been flushed out of anywhere. And tactics and strategies cannot reveal our location except if Allah wills by his decree.”
